Tab Reloader - Auto Refresh Tabs With Custom Time Settings
Tab Reloader (page auto refresh) is a Firefox add-on designed to help users automatically reload individual tabs at custom intervals. Tab reloader provides a toolbar panel to perform infinite reloading jobs on individual tabs.
You can define a custom period with a random variation for each tab. Tab reloading jobs can be disabled or enabled through the toolbar panel.

Works as Expected. consider removing/reducing the 10seconds minimum allowed time for refreshing, to make the extension useful for those giving 1star rating.
