Задумка хорошая, но:
Не хватает появляющейся иконки с предложением о переводе выделеного текста, наподобие значка расширения simple translate. Т.к. вызвать меню после выделения текста и искать пункт перевода - более долгий путь.
Не хватает пункта перевести всю страницу, который откроет новую вкладку с переводом. Ну и желательно окошко перевода сделать самозакрывающимся при нажатии esc и/или кнопок мыши вне его.
