To set it up, just connect to the extension using your Twitch account, and then go to the options to choose your favorites and sort them. To move your streamers, just drag and drop them from one list to another. Your favorite streamers will show up in the popup of the extension in the order you defined.

I've been using this extension of over a year now. It allow me to avoid any notification but still be able to watch some cool streams.
Would be cool if we could export/import the ordered list of streamers to avoid redoing every time I'm using a new OS
