Vimium: The Hacker's Browser Firefox Add-on
"Vimium" is a Firefox add-on designed for those who favor keyboard shortcuts over mouse clicks. It borrows its inspiration from the Vim text editor, thus offering a slew of command prompts that let you navigate and control your browser with ease. Popular commands include scrolling, reloading, opening links, and manipulating tabs. Further refined search, history traversal, and tab management is also possible. It even supports command repetition and has a 'help' feature for beginners.

User reviews
I don't know how people live without this. I have been using this for quite a while, and I continue to discover new things. I spent about an hour looking for a decent extension that adds regex search to firefox, only to discover that the Vimium search has the option to use regex. And I discovered the tab (T) and bookmark (B) searches. Incredible. Absolutely love this thing.
