Add-on summary

Introduction
This Firefox Extension displays the WhatsApp within the Firefox sidebar. It adds a new section to the sidebar which contains the WhatsApp web app. It also provides a shortcut, and toggle button.

How to Use
Toggle the sidebar by pressing Alt+Shift+W. This shortcut can be changed by going to Add-ons -> WhatsApp in Sidebar -> Options. If you prefer buttons over shortcuts, there is a toolbar button you can press to toggle the sidebar.

How to Unlock Firefox Sidebar Width The sidebar's width is locked by default in Firefox. Unfortunately, the sidebar is very restricted and I can only do so much to enhance the functionality of this extension. I put together a step-by-step guide on how to unlock the sidebar width on my website.

Definitely a step in the right direction ir order to have the same experience as Opera. There's only 2 things I don't like about this extension: first, WhatsApp needs to log in my account everytime I close and open the side bar, so I can't get notifications when is closed thus forcing me to have the side bar always open, and second is that the side bar doesn't overlay through the browser tab so it moves/minimizes it content. I'm aware thoss issues are due to the nature of Firefox and how it deal's with sidebars so I know it has nothing to do with the developer of this extension, I hope one day we can get 1/1 the experience we have on Opera so I can totally move on from that buggy browser!
