Once with Workona since its start for about five years, I left in autumn 2023 once I shifted to using Apple devices and Safari, which offers built-in saved tab groups. Safari has a lot of problems, and I would lose web page contents and URLs inexplicably. Safari saved tab groups offer no sections (or folders) and have no version history, so I literally lost hundreds of tabs several times. If I didn't babysit Safari tabs that broke by individually duplicating them, I'd have lost many more.
It was a breath of fresh air to come back to Workona, which I previously used on a Chromebook, in autumn 2024. Having booted Google over privacy concerns and to take a stand against censorship of natural health and truth-telling media, I am now leveraging Workona for use on Firefox, Vivaldi and Brave as I sort out which browser is best for me. I really enjoy this flexibility and now realize I never should've left Workona.
Workona works very well and does a super job at keeping your tabs and workspaces safe. It's work to open all these tabs when you have to tackle a job project or dive back into a research project (for health or products, for example), so save yourself time and make this easy on yourself.
My longtime experience with the Workona support team has always been positive. In the company's first year, they even hopped on a call with me for about 30 minutes to learn about a problem I faced on a Chromebook so they could help me and make their service more reliable.
My wish is for Workona to be offered as browser extensions on iPhone and iPad, but I recognize that Apple restrictions make this challenging. An iOS and iPadOs app is available, however, so you still have access to saved tabs if you need them.
Thank you to the Workona team! 🌞
