Yawas Web Highlighter is a robust Firefox add-on for bookmarking, highlighting, and commenting on web content. This tool allows users to select text and apply color highlights that get stored directly within browser bookmarks. Hence, every time a bookmarked page is revisited, the previously made highlights are automatically recreated. Furthermore, users can add contextually relevant notes or comments on highlighted portions for an enriched web browsing and reading experience.

Thanks for the follow up question. Today I reinstalled Yawas, a day later. Now Yawas works on web pages. Probably one of the other numerous extensions I had installed was an issue. IDK. I disabled a bunch of them before reinstalling Yawas. Anyhow is now a partial win. Works on web pages but not PDFs read by Firefox. Thx x2

Firefox 124.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows nothing happens. Neither right clicking the highlighted text nor using the shortcuts. Bummer.
