What is Youtube audio_only?
"Youtube audio_only" is a Firefox extension that allows users to listen to YouTube audio streams without downloading video content. It conserves CPU, GPU, bandwidth, and battery power. The add-on doesn't support live streams and may not work with all videos if an audio-only stream isn't available. It's a rewritten version of Animesh Kundu's original extension, now with enhancements, requiring permissions to filter web requests where YouTube is embedded.
