What is YouTube™ Time Tracker?
YouTube™ Time Tracker is a privacy first, open source Firefox add-on that helps you track the time you spend watching YouTube™. It provides a timer next to the YouTube icon and displays usage stats when hovered. It does not track any personal information and saves usage data locally. The source code is available on GitHub for contribution and feedback.

It's privacy first – it doesn't track any information about you and does not send data anywhere. Chrome Local Storage is used to save your usage data in a very simple format (date: time).

It's open source – source code is available for everyone at https://github.com/makaroni4/youtube_time_tracker, feel free to contribute, give feedback and suggest new features.
