How beautiful! Full of soft colors as I like them. It's a relaxing theme highlighting the tabs in a curated way and never too shiny!
A couple of notes: the "new tab page" I would have made a little lighter than your background color, as well as The "sidebar" and "toolbar frame, frame_inactive" I would have colored them more maybe a little lighter than the color of the popup menus.
Of all your themes this is where your focus should be.
On the other hand, I don't like your themes like "DarkZenGreenGrassOfHome", they don't have relaxing elements, they don't focus tabs (tab_ ) and raised icons (icons_attention) they are very dark and have popup menus a little bit unreadable.
